Introduction

If your company uses Deputy for HR/Labour, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to Deputy via the Centegra Plus Data Extractor.

Configuration

The Deputy integration is configured on a companywide basis. 

For any new Deputy integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. To do this, we need the following details from Deputy for your account:

• FTP Server
• FTP Username
• FTP Password
• FTP Folder/Path (If applicable)

Additionally, the location codes defined within Deputy against each location needs to match the Site Reference defined within Centegra Plus against each site. 

Troubleshooting & FAQs

When Is Data Sent To Deputy?

Data is typically sent to Deputy on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.

If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to Deputy, Contact Centegra.

Sales Are Missing In Deputy

If sales are missing in Deputy, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Deputy as expected.

If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Deputy.

If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Deputy before resending any data, as Deputy may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Deputy.
