If your company uses the Labour Management module within Fourth, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to Fourth via the Centegra Plus data extractor.

The Fourth POS Gateway integration is configured on an individual site basis.
For any new Fourth POS Gateway Integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you.
To do this, we need the following details from Fourth for your account:
- FTP Server
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- FTP Folder/Path
Additionally, the location codes defined within Fourth against each location needs to match the Site Reference defined within Centegra Plus against each site in the Site Setup page.

When Is Data Sent To Fourth?
Data is typically sent to Fourth on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the sites close, but you can select the time that the data is sent each day per site.
If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to Fourth, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In Fourth
If sales are missing in Fourth, Contact Centegra with details of the affected site(s) and date(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Fourth as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Fourth.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Fourth before resending any data, as Fourth may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Fourth.
