The Harri integration is configured on a companywide basis.
For any new Harri integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you.
To do this, we need the following details from Harri for your account:
- Harri merchant code for your company.
- FTP Details:
- FTP Server
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- FTP Folder/Path (If applicable)

When Is Data Sent To Harri?
Data is typically sent to Harri on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.
If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to Harri, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In Harri
If sales are missing in Harri, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Harri as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Harri.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Harri before resending any data, as Harri may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Harri.
