Introduction

If your company uses Planday for HR/Labour, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to Planday via Planday's API.

Configuration

The Planday integration is configured on an individual site basis. 

For any new Planday integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. Please provide introduce your Centegra account manager to your contact at Planday and we will liaise with Planday to configure the integration. 

Troubleshooting & FAQs

When Is Data Sent To Planday?

Data is sent to Planday at 2 hour intervals throughout the day. 

Sales Are Missing In Planday

If sales are missing in Planday, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Planday as expected.

If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Planday.

If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Planday before resending any data, as Planday may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Planday.
