Introduction
If your company uses SameSystem for HR/Labour, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to SameSystem via a Centegra Plus custom extract.

Configuration
The SameSystem integration is configured on a companywide basis.
For any new SameSystem integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. To do this, we need the following details from SameSystem for your account:
- Email address that the extract should be sent to.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
When Is Data Sent To SameSystem?
Data is typically sent to SameSystem on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.
The SameSystem extract is configured as a Scheduled Report within Centegra Plus, therefore if you have access to the saved report schedule you can adjust the time as required.
If you are unable to access the report schedule or require further information, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In SameSystem
If sales are missing in SameSystem, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to SameSystem as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to SameSystem.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact SameSystem before resending any data, as SameSystem may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within SameSystem.
