The Selima integration is configured on a companywide basis.
For any new Selima integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you.
To do this, we need the following details from Selima for your account:
- FTP Server
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- FTP Folder/Path (If applicable)

When Is Data Sent To Selima?
Data is typically sent to Selima on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.
If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to Selima, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In Selima
If sales are missing in Selima, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Selima as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Selima.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Selima before resending any data, as Selima may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Selima.
