Introduction
If your company uses P2D for supplier order invoice reconciliation, supplier orders from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to P2D via a Centegra Plus extract.

Configuration
The P2D integration is configured on a companywide basis.
For any new P2D integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you.
To do this, we need the following details from P2D for your account:
- Email address that the extract should be sent to.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
When Is Data Sent To P2D?
Data is typically sent to P2D on a daily basis. Data is typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.
The P2D extract is configured as a Scheduled Report within Centegra Plus, therefore if you have access to the saved report schedule you can adjust the time as required.
If you are unable to access the report schedule or require further information, Contact Centegra.
Supplier Orders Are Missing In P2D
If orders are missing in P2D, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to P2D as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to P2D.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact P2D before resending any data, as P2D may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within P2D.
