How Do I Change BI Cube Credentials?
If the credentials to access the Cube have been changed, you will need to update the password set on your desktop to continue accessing the configured Cube.
Microsoft’s security system does not allow for a username and password prompt. Therefore, you have to setup the username and password in a saved Windows Credential, so that the login is pre-configured.
For ease of support, we also provide a standard data connection library that also needs pre-configured Windows Credential. This means that there are two credentials that must be managed.
