Introduction
Centegra Plus has created an integration with Arch, making it easier for users to avoid the hassle of manually entering orders. This also introduces a range of extra features, such as managing Arch orders through the integrated KMS.
Order Integration Introduction
Arch orders seamlessly integrate into Centegra Plus, following the same processing pathway as orders from other sales channels and POS systems, bringing several operational advantages:
-
Unified Reporting: Arch orders become an integral part of standard Centegra Plus reporting.
-
Kitchen Management Visibility: Arch orders are displayed on the Kitchen Management System (KMS) alongside all other orders.
-
Inventory Management Precision: For users of the Inventory Management module, stock for Arch orders is consumed in real-time.
-
Revenue Tracking Excellence: Revenue generated through Arch orders is tracked for users of the Revenue Management module through to reconciliation and GL extracts.
Menu Integration Introduction
Arch does not currently support menus created through Centegra Plus. As a result, a manual mapping process is required within the Arch Platform.
All products available for sale within Arch menus need to be mapped against the Product ID of the corresponding product within Centegra Plus. A full list of Product IDs can be exported using the Product List Report in Centegra Plus.
Integration Onboarding & Configuration
Centegra will work with you when onboarding the Arch integration for the first time, as well as any new locations in the future.
This section summarises the onboarding process and outlines any important information that you need to know to make the most out of your integration.
Order Integration Onboarding
For any new Arch Order Integration, Centegra will do the configuration required for each location within Centegra Plus for you, and we'll liaise with Arch to ensure that they have all the relevant credentials too. If you have not already discussed your new integration request with your Centegra account manager, Contact Centegra.

Understanding & Managing Your Integration
Understanding & Managing Your Order Integration
Centegra Plus has integrated with Arch to streamline order management, eliminating manual input.
This article examines the details of this integration, its effect on user convenience, and the customisable settings in Centegra Plus for a personalised experience.
Order Integration Information
Arch orders are received into Centegra Plus at the point that the order is closed. The Arch order is normalised as it processes into Centegra Plus, so it reports alongside transactions from all sources in a familiar way.
Each transaction includes:
- Products sold within the order.
- Gross, net and tax values per product sold. (Tax is defined within Arch.)
- Product modifiers.
- Discounts.
- Meal deals.
- Order pick up time.
- Order reference.
- Order and item notes.
- Service charge / tips (if applicable; requires configuration).
If your site has integrated KMS in place, the Arch order is added to the KMS at the point that the order is received. (Or a specified number of minutes before the order is received, if a future order.)
Order Integration Management
The following elements of the Arch Order Integration can be amended as required:
- Transaction source (per fulfilment type).
- Transaction price level.
- Transaction team member.
- Transaction payment media.
- Service charge / tips payment media (if applicable).
To update any of the elements above, Contact Centegra and we'll liaise with Arch to arrange this where applicable.
