A period can be deleted if no longer required.
You can only delete a period if:
- You have rights to do so. (Click Here if you do not have rights to delete but believe you should.)
- The period is in Current state. (Click Here if the period needs to be rolled back.)
To delete a period:
- Head to Period Management > Periods.
- Locate the required period and select [EDIT].
Within the period:
- Select [DELETE].
- Confirm the deletion.
The period is now deleted. This is a hard delete, so the period and any counts within it cannot be recovered.
