Bank Deposits: Search

Access the Bank Deposits section via: Revenue Management > Bank Deposits

All bank deposits in Preparation state with a deposit date in the future or within the last 30 days are shown by default when accessing this section.

If required, you can filter the list to see specific bank deposits, by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:

• Date Picker: Search for deposits that have either a [SALES DATE] or [DEPOSIT DATE] within the selected date range.
• State: Search for bank deposits which are currently in the selected state(s).
• Reference: Search for bank deposits based on the reference entered (or part of).
• From Account: Search for bank deposits from the selected site account(s).
• To Account: Search for bank deposits to the selected site account(s).

Note then when logged into the Head Office site, visibility of bank deposits across all sites is available, therefore an additional site picker is available within the search filters section. 

Select [SEARCH], and all bank deposits which meet your search criteria will be listed.

The bank deposits list shows the following:

• Deposit Date: Displays the date and time that the bank deposit is deposited.
• Sales Date: Displays the Sales Date that the bank deposited is assigned to.
• Bank Account: Displays the bank account that the cash is being deposited to.
• Reference: Displays the bank deposit reference.
• State: Displays the current state of the bank deposit.
• Amount: Displays the total amount within the bank deposit.

By default 15 records will show per page. To access other pages, use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list.
