Operations Dashboard Remote Orders: Introduction

Introduction

The Remote Orders section is accessed via [REMOTE ORDERS] in the main menu of the Operations Dashboard.

The Remote Orders section provides information on orders received into Centegra Plus from remote sources such as Click & Collect and Delivery platforms. 

Orders can be configured to show in different ways to help manage the flow of orders from different sources coming into the site or location.  

Where applicable, additional tools are available to resend orders to the KMS solution, or send order notifications to sources that support these.
