Which Orders Show In This Section?
By default, orders from all remote sources (e.g. Delivery, Click & Collect, Kiosk) show within the Remote Orders section of the Operations Dashboard.
Orders from specific sources can be filtered out within the Remote Orders section itself at any time.
However, if orders from a specific source should be excluded from appearing in the Remote Orders section as a rule, deselecting Show On Remote Orders Screen within the Transaction Source will prevent orders from that source showing.
How Long Do Orders Remain In This Section?
By default, orders show in the "Future Orders" view of the Remote Orders section of the Operations Dashboard until the order pick up time has passed.
If required, an overlap can be applied against orders received from difference sources, to keep the order in the "Future Orders" until a specified number of minutes after the order pick up time has passed.
This is done against each Transaction Source, by specifying the number of overlap minutes against the Extra Minutes On Screen setting.
