Viewing Webhook Requests
The webhook requests section provides information on transaction webhook requests that have occurred in the past 90 days. Within this section, you can see:
- Any pending webhook requests.
- Previously completed webhook requests.
- Any webhook request failures.
Note that:
- Webhook request information for each transaction is also available within the Transaction.
- This feature is only available to organisation with a valid Webhook Configuration.
- Webhook requests are kept for 90 days.
- Webhook requests are not always instant. During peak times, webhook requests may be queued and take a short time before being actioned.
Resending Transaction Webhooks
Should a transaction webhook need to be resent:
- Head to Company Settings > Webhooks > Webhook Requests.
- Perform a search to locate the required transaction webhook(s).
Once the required webhook is located:
- On the relevant row, select [RESEND].
- Confirm the resend request.
The State of the webhook request will update to Pending, and will be actioned shortly. Repeat for other webhook requests as required.
