Transaction sources can be edited to apply additional settings if required. (Note that global transaction sources cannot be edited.)
To edit a transaction source:
- Head to Company Settings > Transaction Sources.
- Locate the required transaction source and select [EDIT].
Within the transaction source, you can:
Ensure that you select [SAVE]to save any changes before leaving the transaction source.
Update Transaction Source Details
Within an existing transaction source, the following settings can be changed:
- Transaction Source Name: Displays the name of the transaction source as will show within reporting. To update this, Contact Centegra.
- Transaction Source Type: Select the type of transactions associated with this source.
- Provider Name: Enter the provider name for transactions from this source. For companies using an integrated KMS solution, this is the name that shows on the KMS.
- Show On Remote Orders Screen: Select this if transactions from this source should show in the Operations Dashboard Remote Orders section.
- Extra Minutes On Screen: If orders from this source show on the operations dashboard remote orders view (as above), specify the number of minutes that an order should remain in the "Future Orders" view after the pick up time has passed.
Assign Webhook Credentials For Remote Order Notification
As part of the Remote Order Notifications feature, if the transaction source supports order notifications for transactions received from that source, you can specify the webhook credentials for where the order notifications should be sent to.
In the Transaction Source Webhook Configuration section of the Edit Transaction Source page, select [ADD WEBHOOK CONFIG].
Against the new row, specify:
- Webhook URL: Enter the webhook URL.
- Header Param Name: Enter the header param of the webhook.
- Header Param Value: Enter the header param value of the webhook.
- Enable: Select this to enable the webhook to receive notifications.
Repeat to assign additional webhooks if required.
