Introduction

The Tills section in Centegra Plus provides insights into two distinct types of tills:

1. Physical Tills: These tills are tangible, existing as POS devices within a POS system. It's important to note that the till within Centegra Plus representing the POS device doesn't impact the actual till within the POS system. Instead, it serves solely as a reference point for reporting purposes.

2. Virtual Tills: Virtual tills, on the other hand, exist solely within Centegra Plus. They play a pivotal role in handling back-office Customer Order transactions and efficiently capturing sales originating from remote sources through various remote sales integrations.

This dual categorisation ensures that Centegra Plus accommodates both the physical and virtual aspects of your tills, providing a comprehensive overview for reporting and management purposes.

Additionally, certain settings can be defined against tills for reporting and Revenue Management purposes to distinguish between different requirements.
