Introduction
Within Centegra Plus, pick up points are required for the following features:
- Operations Dashboard Remote Order Notifications
- Centegra Plus Pick Up Screen
Creating Pick Up Points
To create a new pick up point within a site:
- Head to Company Settings > Site Setup > Pick Up Points.
- Select [NEW PICK UP POINT].
Within the New Pick Up Point page:
- Pick Up Point Name: Enter a name for the pick up point.
Select [SAVE].
The pick up point is now available. Depending on what the pick up point is for, additional configuration may be required as covered in the Next Section.
Editing Pick Up Points
To edit an existing pick up point within a site:
- Head to Company Settings > Site Setup > Pick Up Points.
- Against the relevant pick up point, select [EDIT].
Within the Edit Pick Up Point page, the following can be updated:
- Pick Up Point Name: Enter a name for the pick up point.
- Ticket Show Duration: If the pick up point is used as part of the Centegra Plus Pick Up Screen, specify the number of seconds that tickets show as ready to collect against the pick up point.
- Max Tickets: If the pick up point is used as part of the Centegra Plus Pick Up Screen, define the maximum number of tickets to show against the pick up point.
- Enabled: Enable the pick up point for use within the Centegra Plus Pick Up Screen.
Additionally, the following can also be defined:
- If the pick up point is used as part of the Centegra Plus pick up screen, select [Pick Header Colour] and [Pick Font Colour] to customise how to display the pick up point headers on the pick up screen.
- If the pick up point is used as part of the Remote Order Notifications feature, select [MAKE DEFAULT] to make the pick up point the default pick up point for orders.
Select [SAVE PICK UP POINT].
Searching Pick Up Points
Access the Pick Up Points section via: Company Settings > Site Setup > Pick Up Points.
All pick up points are shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific pick up points, by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
- Pick Up Point Name: Search based on the name of the pick up point (or part of).
- Show Deleted: Specify whether to include previously deleted pick up points in search results.
Select [SEARCH], and all pick up points which meet your search criteria will be listed.
The pick up points list shows the following:
- Pick Up Point Name: The name of the pick up point.
- Ticket Show Duration: The number of seconds that tickets show against the pick up point on the pick up screen.
- Max Tickets: The maximum number of tickets to show against the pick up point.
Deleting Pick Up Points
A pick up point can be deleted if no longer required.
You can only delete a pick up point if you have rights to do so. Click Here if you do not have rights to delete but believe you should.
To delete a pick up point:
- Head to Company Settings > Site Setup > Pick Up Points.
- Locate the required pick up point and select [EDIT].
Within the pick up point:
- Select [DELETE].
- Confirm the deletion.
The pick up point is now marked as deleted.
As this is a soft delete, the pick up point can be recovered if required. To do so, locate the pick up point (ensuring that the Show Deleted search filter is set to "Yes") and access the pick up point record again. Select [UNDELETE] and confirm the recovery. The pick up point is now available again.
