A customer order can be deleted if no longer required.
You can only delete a customer order if:
- You have rights to do so. (Click Here if you do not have rights to delete but believe you should.)
- The customer order is in Preparation state. (If not, see Rolling Back a Customer Order.)
To delete a customer order:
- Head to Customers & Loyalty > Customer Orders.
- Locate the required customer order and select [EDIT].
Within the customer order:
- Select [DELETE].
- Confirm the deletion.
The customer order is now deleted. This is a hard delete, so the customer order cannot be recovered.
