Access the Customer Orders section via: Customers & Loyalty > Customer Orders.
All customer orders in Preparation state with a dispatch date within the last 30 days are shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific customer orders, by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
- State: Search for customer orders which are currently in the selected state(s).
- Customer Type: Search for customer orders assigned to customers which are assigned to the selected Customer Type(s).
- Date Picker: Search for customer orders created within the selected date range.
- Reference: Search for customer orders assigned to the customer name entered (or part of).
Select [SEARCH], and all customer orders which meet your search criteria will be listed.
The customer orders list shows the following:
- Customer Name: Displays the name of the customer that the customer order is assigned to.
- Sales Till: Displays the till that the customer order is assigned to.
- State: Displays the current state of the customer order.
- Ordered: Displays the order date. (Or for quick entry order, displays “Quick Entry”.)
- Dispatch / Transaction Date: Displays the dispatch / transaction date of the customer order.
- Total: Displays the total value of the customer order.
By default 15 records will show per page. To access other pages, use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list.
