Access the Customers section via: Customers & Loyalty > Customers.
All customers are shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific customers, by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
- Name: Search for customers based on the name entered (or part of).
- Customer Code: Search for customers based on the customer code entered (or part of).
- Customer Type: Search for customers assigned to the selected customer type(s).
- Customer ID: Search for customers based on the Centegra Plus customer ID entered.
- Site Restriction: Search for customers that are Non Restricted and/or customers that are restricted to the selected site(s).
- Show Deleted: Select whether to include customers that are marked as deleted in search results.
Select [SEARCH], and all customers which meet your search criteria will be listed.
The customer list shows the following:
- Second Name: Displays the customers second name.
- First Name: Displays the customers first name.
- Title: Displays the customers title, if applicable.
- Company: Displays the company that the customer works for, if applicable.
- Customer Type: Displays the customer type that the customer is assigned to.
- Address: Displays the customers address, if applicable.
- Customer Code: Displays the customer code, used as the POS identifier, if applicable.
- Restricted To: Displays any sites that the customer is restricted to.
By default 10 records will show per page. To access other pages, use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list. You can adjust the number of customers shown per page towards the top left.
