A customer can be deleted if no longer required.
You can only delete a customer if you have rights to do so. Click Here if you do not have rights to delete but believe you should.
To delete a customer:
- Head to Customers & Loyalty > Customers.
- Locate the required customer and select [EDIT].
Within the customer:
- Select [DELETE CUSTOMER].
- Confirm the deletion.
The customer is now marked as deleted.
As this is a soft delete, the customer can be recovered if required. To do so, locate the customer (ensuring that the Show Deleted search filter is set to "Yes") and access the customer record again. Select [UNDELETE CUSTOMER] and confirm the recovery. The customer is now available again.
