The Team Member Roles section is where we store roles assigned to team members at the Point of Sale (POS). These roles are brought into Centegra Plus for easy reference.
This section is all about keeping things straightforward. It captures the initial roles assigned at the POS and is used purely for reference within Centegra Plus. No edits are made here currently other than the ability to assign a reference for use within custom reporting; it's a snapshot of how roles are designated at the POS, simplifying the way we manage and track team member roles across the system.
