To edit an existing user:
- Head to User Management > Users.
- Locate the required user and select [EDIT].
Within the existing user, you can:
- Adjust User Credentials
- Adjust User Settings
- Adjust User Access
- View Invitation Status & Resend Invitations
Ensure that you select [SAVE] to save any changes before leaving the user.
Adjust User Credentials
Within an existing user, the following credentials can be changed:
- Name: Enter the users name.
- Login Email Address: Enter the users email address. This will also be the users login.
Note that it is not possible to change a users Password on their behalf within the user account. Users can change their password within their user account, as covered in This Article.
Adjust User Settings
Within an existing user, the following settings can be changed:
- Contact Number: Enter the users contact number.
- User Default Site: Specify which site the user accesses by default when first logging in.
- Default Like For Like Dashboard Date: Specify whether the users Like For Like Dashboard will default to Today or Yesterday when first accessing it.
- Session Timeout: Specify how many minutes until the user gets logged out automatically when inactive in Centegra plus. (Default is 30 minutes.)
- Alias Email Address: If emails sent from Centegra Plus to this user need to go to an email address different to the users login email address, enter that email address here.
- Auditor: Enable the user as a stock period auditor, for use as part of the Audit Periods feature.

View Invitation Status & Resend Invitations
For new users, within the users setup page you can see the status of any active invitation.
If the link is still active, and the new user has not yet accepted the invitation and set up their password, a message is shown within the users account indicating that the invitation is still pending.
If the link is no long active and the new user did not accepted the invitation within the 7 day limit, a message is shown within the users account indicating that the invitation was not accepted and has expired.
In either case, an invitation can be resent by selecting [RESEND INVITATION EMAIL].
