Products: Search

Access the Products section via: Product Management > Products.

No products are shown by default when accessing this section. To see specific products, use the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:

• Product Name: Search based on the product name (or part of).
• PLU: Search based on the products PLU number (or part of).
• Product Code: Search based on the products code (or part of).
• Centegra Plus Product ID: Search based on the products Centegra Plus ID.
• Show Deleted: Select whether to include products marked as deleted in the search results.
• Stock Types: Search based on the selected stock types. [Inventory Management users only.]
• Attributes: Search for products that have either ANY or ALL selected attributes assigned to them.
• Monitored Products Only: Search for products that have been flagged for product monitoring.
• Product Groups: Search for products assigned to the selected product group(s).
• Merchant: For multi-merchant companies only, search for only products assigned to the selected POS merchant or search for Centegra Plus only products not associated with a POS merchant. (Only lists POS merchants associated with the site, unless logged into the HQ site where all merchants are listed.)

Select [SEARCH], and all products which meet your search criteria will be listed in name order.

The product list shows the following:

• Product Name: Displays the products long name.
• PLU: Displays the products PLU number.
• Product Code: Displays the product code.
• Product ID: Displays the Centegra Plus unique product ID.
• Stock Group: Displays the stock group that the product is assigned to.
• Stock Master Group: Displays the stock master group that the stock group is assigned to, and therefore which the product inherits.
• Stock Type: Displays the products stock type. [For Inventory Management users only.]

By default 10 records will show per page. You can change this to show either 10, 25, 50 or 100 entries per page, and you can use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list to access other pages.
