The Period KPI Results report offers a vital overview of costs and margins within a specified period, particularly beneficial for companies operating across multiple sites. This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.
This report is also only available if using the Company Periods feature.
The Period KPI Results report is an extension of the Margin Summary & Stock KPIs report, available for individual site stock periods.
Report Filters
Access the Period KPI Results report via: Report & Analysis > Period Results > Company Reports > Period KPI Results.
Select the required report parameter options from:

Report Output
Split by company period (and Super Group, depending on the selected View Type), the Period KPI Results report summarises costs and margins per store within each period, displaying:
| Site Name |
Displays the name of the site being reported on. |
| Period State |
Displays the state that the period is in at the time of running the report. |
| Closing Count Value |
Displays the total value of stock at the period end. |
| Wastage |
Displays the total value of declared wastage entered during the period. |
| Sales |
Displays total net sales taken during the period. |
| Actual Costs |
Displays the actual cost of sales for the period based on stock movements declared within the period and the closing count entered. |
| Theory Costs |
Displays the theoretical cost of sales for the period based on the cost of the recipe at the point that each product is sold. |
| Costs Diff |
Displays the difference between the actual cost and the theoretical cost. |
| Actual Margin |
Displays the actual cost of sales as a percentage of net sales. |
| Theory Margin |
Displays the theoretical cost of sales as a percentage of net sales. |
| Margin Diff |
Displays the difference between the actual and the theoretical margin. |
