Report Information
The Company Stock Holding report provides a detailed view of stock levels and valuation at the end of a selected period. It includes insights for each site and a consolidated company-wide summary, helping with strategic inventory management and holding stock analysis.
This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module, where the Company Periods feature is in use. It is effectively an extension of the site period Stock Holding report.
Access the Company Stock Holding report via: Report & Analysis > Period Results > Company Reports > Company Stock Holding.
The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Information on report filter options
The table below summarises report filter options available for this report.
| Select Sites |
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |
| Company Periods |
Select which period to report on. |
| Product Groups |
Select which product groups to include. If left blank, all groups will be included. |
| Group By |
Select whether to group products together in the report based on product group, master group, super group, or with no grouping at all. |
Report Output
The report displays the end of period stock holding per product at each site.
Additional information on this view
The table below summarises the data shown in each column of this report view.

Displays the product name. |
| Unit Size Name |
Displays the product size that the cost and quantities below are based on. |
| Last Cost |
Displays the cost of the product at the site at the end of the period. For more information on costs, Click Here. |
| Stock Holding Qty |
Displays the stock holding quantity of the product at the end of the period. |
| Stock Holding Cost |
Displays the stock holding cost of the product at the end of the period based on the last cost. |
At the bottom of the report, an "All Sites Total" section consolidates the stock holding for all sites within the report.
