The Company Stock Holding report offers detailed information on stock holding and valuation at the conclusion of a designated period, providing insights for each individual site and a consolidated view for all sites combined. This comprehensive report serves as a valuable tool for assessing the overall stock position of the company, facilitating strategic decision-making and ensuring accurate stock reporting
This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.
This report is also only available if using the Company Periods feature.
The Company Stock Holding report is an extension of the Stock Holding report, available for individual site stock periods.
Report Filters
Access the Company Stock Holding report via: Report & Analysis > Period Results > Company Reports > Company Stock Holding.
Select the required report parameter options from:

Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |
| Company Periods |
Select which period to report on. |
| Product Groups |
Select which product groups to include. If left blank, all groups will be included. |
| Group By |
Select whether to group products together in the report based on product group, master group, super group, or with no grouping at all. |
Report Output
The Company Stock Holding report displays a section per site summarising end of period stock holding per product, displaying:

Displays the product name. |
| Unit Size Name |
Displays the product size that the cost and quantities below are based on. |
| Last Cost |
Displays the cost of the product at the site at the end of the period. For more information on costs, Click Here. |
| Stock Holding Qty |
Displays the stock holding quantity of the product at the end of the period. |
| Stock Holding Cost |
Displays the stock holding cost of the product at the end of the period based on the last cost. |
At the bottom of the report, the All Sites Total section shows the stock holding for all selected sites combined. As each products latest cost is specific to individual sites, last cost is not shown, and this section is based on the sum of each sites individual stock holding cost total.
