The Stock Holding report evaluates the sale quantities of each supplied product over the duration of the stock period. By incorporating the count entered for each product, the report projects an estimate of how long the quantity counted is expected to last until each product is depleted. This report provides a valuable tool for forecasting stock availability, aiding in inventory management and ensuring timely replenishment to meet demand.

This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module. 

For companies with multiple sites, this report is specific to the individual site period it is run from; To see these stock holding for multiple sites, refer to the company-wide Company Stock Holding report.

Report Filters

The Stock Holding report displays data for all stock items within the time frame of a period, therefore there are no filters available when running this report. 

To run the report: 

• Access the relevant stock period. 
• Select [STOCK HOLDING] in the Reports section.
