The Transfer Analysis report delivers valuable insights into stock transfers between different sites, and when relevant, it also includes information on stock being transferred to/from external sources. This report offers a comprehensive analysis of the movement of stock, providing a clear overview of inter-site transfers and external transactions, contributing to enhanced visibility and strategic inventory management.
This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.
For companies with multiple sites, the information is split by site if multiple sites are selected.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Transfer Analysis report via: Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Transfer Analysis.
Select the required report parameter options from:

Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |

Select which date range to include transfers for. |
| Transfer State |
Select which transfers to include based on the state that they are in. |

Select this if you wish to run the report in expanded format displaying full detail. If not selected, summary level totals are shown with the option of expanding into detail where required. |

Analysis Type: By Transfer
The Transfer Analysis report when run with Analysis Type By Transfer has two levels:
Level 1 - Transfer Summary
The first level of the Transfer Analysis report with Analysis Type By Transfer is a list of transfers dispatched from site and/or received by site, displaying:

Displays the date that the transfer was received by the receiving site. |
| Description |
Displays the transfer description. |
| Transfer From / To Site |
Displays the site that the transfer was transferred from/to. |
| Transfer Reason |
Displays the Transfer Reason, if applicable. |
| Transfer State |
Displays the state that the transfer is currently in. |
Level 2 - Product Summary
The second level of the Transfer Analysis report with Analysis Type By Transfer is a list of products within the transfer selected, displaying:

Displays the products PLU number. |
| Product |
Displays the name of the product that has been transferred. |
| Quantity |
Displays the quantity of the product transferred. |
| Display Size |
Displays the product size that the quantity above is based on. |
| Cost |

Analysis Type: By Product
The Transfer Analysis report when run with Analysis Type By Product has three levels:
Level 1 - Transfer Summary
The first level of the Transfer Analysis report with Analysis Type By Product is a list of products dispatched from site and/or received by site, displaying:

Displays the quantity of the product transferred. |

Displays the product size that the quantity above is based on. |

Level 2 - Product Summary
The second level of the Transfer Analysis report with Analysis Type By Product is a list of sites where the product was transferred from/to and the quantities transferred, displaying the following:

Displays the site where the product was received from / dispatched to. |
| Quantity |
Displays the quantity of the product transferred. |
| Unit |
Displays the product size that the quantity above is based on. |
| Price |

| Transfer Received |
Displays the number of transfers received from / sent to the site shown. |
Level 3 - Transfer Detail
The third level of the Transfer Analysis report with Analysis Type By Product is a list of transfers dispatched from site and/or received by site. The same information as per Level 2 is shown, with the addition of the date of the transfer.
