Report Information
The Transfer Analysis report delivers valuable insights into stock transfers between different sites, and when relevant, it also includes information on stock being transferred to/from external sources. This report offers a comprehensive analysis of the movement of stock, providing a clear overview of inter-site transfers and external transactions, contributing to enhanced visibility and strategic inventory management.
This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.
Access the Transfer Analysis report via: Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Transfer Analysis.
The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.

The table below summarises report filter options available for this report.

Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |

Select which date range to include transfers for. |
| Transfer State |
Select which transfers to include based on the state that they are in. |

Select this if you wish to run the report in expanded format displaying full detail. If not selected, summary level totals are shown with the option of expanding into detail where required. |
Report Output [Analysis Type: By Transfer]
Level 1 - Transfer Summary
When report filter Analysis Style "By Transfer" is selected, the first level of the report is a list of transfers dispatched from the site and received by the site.

Displays the date that the transfer was received by the receiving site. |
| Description |
Displays the transfer description. |
| Transfer From / To Site |
Displays the site that the transfer was transferred from/to. |
| Transfer Reason |
Displays the Transfer Reason, if applicable. |
| Transfer State |
Displays the state that the transfer is currently in. |
Level 2 - Product Summary
When report filter Analysis Style "By Transfer" is selected, the second level of the report is a list of products within the transfer selected.

When report filter Analysis Style "By Product" is selected, the second level of the report is a list of sites where the product was transferred from or to, and the quantities transferred.

When report filter Analysis Style "By Product" is selected, the second level of the report is a breakdown of the individual transfers that occurred.
