Inventory Reports: Recipe Products – Centegra

Report Information

The Recipe Products report provides detailed information on the ingredients and costs of Recipe type products. For companies using the Product Preparations feature, it also includes data on Preparation and Made type products. This report offers a clear overview of how products are built and costed, helping you manage formulation and pricing effectively.

This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.

Access the Recipe Products Report via: Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Recipe Products.

Information on report filter options

The table below summarises report filter options available for this report.

Select Sites	Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report.
Saleable	Select whether to include only saleable recipes, non-saleable recipes, or both.
Stock Types	Select which recipe stock types to include in the report.
Product Groups	Select which product groups to include. If left blank, all groups will be included.

Report Output

Level 1 - Recipe Costs & Margins

The first level of the report summaries each recipes cost and margin per site, based on the ingredients Last Cost at each site.

Additional information on this view

The table below summarises the data shown in each column of this report view.

Product	Displays the name of the product.
Stock Type	Displays the recipe product stock type.
Code (PLU)	Displays the products code and PLU number.
Unit Name	Displays the product size that the Cost below is based on.
Cost	Displays the products cost. The cost is based on the last cost of each ingredient within the site. For more information on costs, Click Here.
Net Sales	Displays the products default net sales price.
Gross Profit	Displays the gross profit as a percentage of the net sales price.

Level 2+ - Recipe Components

The second and any subsequent levels of the report lists the components that make up the recipe selected in the previous level.
