The Allergens report presents a table of products identified by system users as containing allergens. These allergens can either be directly associated with the products listed in the table or may be inherited from ingredients incorporated within those products. This report serves as a valuable reference for tracking and managing allergen information.
Access the Allergens report via: Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Allergens.
The report will automatically generate with all products containing an allergen, but can be further filtered if required.

Saleable | Select whether to include only saleable products in the report, only non-saleable products in the report, or both. |
Include Products Without Existing Allergens |
Select whether to include products without allergens in the report too. This may help to check that products are not missing an allergen |
Report Output
The report is presented as a table, with products listed down the left split by product group and each allergen listed across the top.
