Report Information
Access the Account Balance History report via: Reports & Analysis > Customers & Loyalty > Account Balance History.
The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.

The table below summarises report filter options available for this report.
Select Sites |
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |
Date Range |
Select which date range to include sales for. |
Customer Codes |
If looking for specific customers, enter the code(s) separated by a comma. |
Customer Types |
Select which customers to included based on their assigned customer type. |
Sort Order |
Select to view customers in order based on First name, Second name or Company |
View Type |
Select whether to view the report as:

Show Detailed |
Select whether to run the report fully expanded. If not selected, summary data is shown, but you can still drill down into detail where required. |
Report Output [View Type: Consolidated History]
When the View Type filter "Consolidated History" is selected, the report provides a consolidated history of balance adjustments per adjustment type, per customer record.

Adjustment Type |
Displays the type of balance adjustment. |
Balance Change Reason |
For back office balance adjustments, displays the selected balance adjustment reason. |
Adjustment Amount |
Displays the consolidated balance adjustment per type shown. |
Report Output [View Type: Full History]
Level 1 - Customer Account Movements
When the View Type filter "Full History" is selected, the first level of the report displays a detailed balance adjustment history per customer.

Adjustment Date |
Displays the date and time that the adjustment took place. |
Adjustment Type |
Displays the type of balance adjustment. |
Balance Change Reason |
If applicable, displays the selected back office adjustment reason. |
Adjustment Amount |
Displays the amount being added or removed from the account balance. |
New Balance |
Displays the customers new balance after this adjustment took place. |
Site Name |
If applicable, displays the site where the transaction took place. |
Transaction |
If applicable, displays the ID of the transaction. Select this to see more. |
Level 2 - Product Sales
When the View Type filter "Full History" is selected, the second level of the report displays transaction level information for balance adjustments related to sales.

Product Name |
Displays the name and PLU of the product sold. |
Quantity |
Displays the quantity of the product sold. |
Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value. (Excludes discount.) |
Net |
Displays the total net sale value. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
Tax |
Displays the total tax value. |
Discount |
Displays the value of discount applied to the product, if applicable. |
