The Customer Balances report offers a detailed list of all customers, showcasing their current account and/or points balance at the time of report generation. This functionality is designed for companies leveraging the Centegra Plus gift card, accounts and/or loyalty module. Providing an instant snapshot, this report facilitates efficient monitoring of customer balances.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Account Balances report via: Reports & Analysis > Customers & Loyalty > Account Balances.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Customer Types |
Select which customers to included based on their assigned customer type. |
View Type |
Option not currently supported. |
Sort Order |
Select whether to order customers based on First name, Second name or Company. |
Show Deleted Customers |
Select this to include customers which have been marked as deleted. |
Show Inactive Customers |
Select this to include customers which have been flagged as inactive. |
Report Output
The Account Balances report provides a list of customers and their current balances, displaying:
Customer Code |
Displays the customer code. (e.g. Card Number or QR Code ID.) |
Name |
Displays the customer’s name. |
Customer Type |
Displays the customer type that the customer is assigned to. |
Company Name |
Displays the name of the company linked to the customer, if applicable. |
Is Deleted |
Displays whether or not the customer is marked as deleted. (i.e. Inactive.) |
Active Status |
Displays whether or not the customer account is currently active. |
Points Balance |
Displays the current loyalty points balance, if applicable. |
Account Balance |
Displays the current account balance, if applicable. |
Credit Limit |
Displays any account balance credit limit, if applicable. |
Available Spend |
Displays the current spend available based on credit limit and balance. |
Last Transaction |
Displays the time of the latest transaction associated with the customer. |
