The Customer Balances report offers a detailed list of all customers, showcasing their current account and/or points balance at the time of report generation. This functionality is designed for companies leveraging the Centegra Plus gift card, accounts and/or loyalty module. Providing an instant snapshot, this report facilitates efficient monitoring of customer balances.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Access the Account Balances report via: Reports & Analysis > Customers & Loyalty > Account Balances.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Select which customers to included based on their assigned customer type.
Option not currently supported.
Select whether to order customers based on First name, Second name or Company.
|Show Deleted Customers
Select this to include customers which have been marked as deleted.
|Show Inactive Customers
Select this to include customers which have been flagged as inactive.
The Account Balances report provides a list of customers and their current balances, displaying:
Displays the customer code. (e.g. Card Number or QR Code ID.)
Displays the customer’s name.
Displays the customer type that the customer is assigned to.
Displays the name of the company linked to the customer, if applicable.
Displays whether or not the customer is marked as deleted. (i.e. Inactive.)
Displays whether or not the customer account is currently active.
Displays the current loyalty points balance, if applicable.
Displays the current account balance, if applicable.
Displays any account balance credit limit, if applicable.
Displays the current spend available based on credit limit and balance.
Displays the time of the latest transaction associated with the customer.
