The Cook Area Assignment report provides details on the cook area that each product is to be assigned to within the Logwood KMS solution.
This report is also used to assign cook areas to products. To do this, you need Update rights to this report within your user role. (If you don't have Update rights, Click Here.)
For companies with multiple sites, the report is specific to the site that you’re logged in to.
The report cannot be saved or scheduled, but you can export the report to PDF. Unlike other reports in the system, as the Cook Area Assignment report is specific to the Logwood KMS solution, the CSV export is exported in the PLU.DAT file format allowing you to upload directly onto the KMS to assign cook areas.

Report Output
The Cook Area report is a table containing three columns, displaying:
Product | Displays the KMS product name, or if the product does not have a KMS product name, the standard product name is shown. |
Cook Area |
Displays the cook area that the product is assigned to, if applicable. The cook area can be changed in this column, if applicable. |
Force PLU | Enable this option if the product shown should always be treated as a PLU in the KMS solution, and never as a product instruction / modifier. |
For larger sets of data, the output is split across various pages.
A Search option is available in the top right corner allowing you to filter the output across the various pages to selected products.
