Report Information
The Voided Items report provides detailed insights into products voided by users, available for sites with POS system integrations that support voids. It helps track and analyse voided transactions, offering valuable oversight of user actions within the POS system.
Access the Voided Items Report via: Reports & Analysis > Audit Tools > Voided Items.
The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
