The Transaction Analysis report grants a detailed perspective into every individual transaction recorded at the selected sites within the designated date range.
This feature proves especially valuable when seeking to pinpoint a specific transaction for a more in-depth view through the Transaction Detail, enhancing the efficiency and precision of transaction tracking.
For companies with multiple sites, this can be split per site.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Transaction Analysis report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Transaction Analysis.
Select the required report parameter options from:
| Select Sites |
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |
| Date Range |
Select which date range to include sales for. |
| Tables |
If required, select a specific table or a list of tables to include. |
| Locations |
Select which location(s) to include, based on the selected site(s). |
| Team Members |
Select which team member(s) to include in the report. |

Tills |
Select which till(s) to include. If left blank, all tills will be included. |
Report Output
The Transaction Analysis report contains a list of all transactions grouped by site, in transaction date order, displaying:
| Transaction ID |
Displays the unique ID for the transaction within Centegra Plus. Select this to view the Transaction Detail. |
| Ext Txn ID |
Displays the transaction ID provided by the POS or remote sales source. |
| Order Ref |
Displays the customer facing order reference provided by the POS or remote sales source. |
| Transaction Date |
Displays the date and time that the transaction took place. |
| Location |
Display the location within the selected site where the transaction took place and is assigned to. |
| Till |
Displays the till that the transaction is assigned to. |
| Sale Type |
Displays the Transaction Type for the transaction. |
| Covers |
If applicable, displays the number of covers assigned to the transactions. (This can be edited by selecting the covers value, entering a new value and selecting [SAVE].) |
| Table Number |
If applicable, displays the table number that the transaction took place on. |
| Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value. (Excludes discount.) |
| Net |
Displays the total net sale value. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
| Tax |
Displays the total tax value. |
