The Till Performance report offers a snapshot of transactions per terminal during the peak hours at each site within the company, providing a valuable insight into the busiest periods.
This report serves as an excellent indicator for transaction throughput per terminal, offering a strategic tool for optimising efficiency during high-demand periods.
For companies with multiple sites, by default this report displays sites separately, along with an average for the company.
Note that this report cannot currently be stored as a saved report or scheduled for automatic emailing.
Access the Till Performance report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Till Performance.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report.
|Period Start & End
Select the report start time and end time. (Must not exceed 24 hours.)
Select to view the busiest period at each site as a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute window.
The Till Performance report shows transaction throughput at the busiest point in the day per site, displaying:
Displays the site name, with a company average as the first row.
Displays the busiest time per site, based on the selected Period Duration.
Displays the transaction throughput during the Busiest Time period on the busiest till.
2nd Till > 8th Till
|Displays the transaction count on all other tills on site, in order of busiest to least-busy, for up to nine tills in total.
|Top 3 Till Average
Displays the average transaction count during the Busiest Time period on the three busiest tills.
|Secs Per Trans In Top 3 Tills
Displays the average transaction time during the Busiest Time period for transactions entered through the top three tills.
