The Team Member Performance report delivers a concise overview of pivotal sales data specific to each team member. For a granular understanding, delve into the detailed level, unveiling product-specific sales per transaction attributed to each team member. This report empowers you with the insights needed to assess individual contributions and optimise team performance at the product level.
For companies with multiple sites, the information provided is split by site if multiple sites are selected.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Team Member Performance report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Team Member Performance.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Select Sites |
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |
Date Range |
Select which date range to include sales for. |
Team Members |
Select which team members to include within the report. |
Sales Types |
Select whether to include Sales and/or Refunds in the report. |
Transaction Sources |
Select which sales to see based on the platform where they took place. |
Show Detailed |
Select this if you wish to run the report in expanded format, displaying the product level data. If not selected, summary level data is shown, but you can expand into detail where required. |
Report Output
The Team Member Performance report has two levels:
Level 1 - Team Member Statistics
The first level of the Team Member Performance report is a summary of information per team member, displaying:
Team Member |
Displays the name of the team member that closed the transaction. |
Sale Count |
Displays the Transaction Count for the team member. |
Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value. (Excludes discount.) |
Net |
Displays the total net sale value. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
Tax |
Displays the total tax value. |
Refund Quantity |
Displays the quantity of refund transactions for the team member. |
Refund Amount |
Displays the gross refund value. (Excludes discount.) |
Tips |
Displays the value of tips declared against the team member. |
Average Sales |
Displays the team members average gross transaction value. |
Percent Sales |
Displays the proportion of sales, per team member, across the report. |
Level 2 - Product Sales
The second level of the Team Member performance report is a list of products sold in each transaction by the selected team member, displaying:
Sale Type |
Displays the Sale Type for the product within the transaction. |
Transaction ID |
Displays the ID of the transaction that the product was sold in. |
Transaction Date |
Displays the date and time that the transaction took place. |
Product |
Displays the product that the team member entered in the transaction. |
Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value. (Excludes discount.) |
Net |
Displays the total net sale value. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
Tax |
Displays the total tax value. |
