The Tax Rate Analysis report provides a detailed breakdown of sales totals by tax rate, organized by product group or price level when applicable. This report helps ensure tax rates are correctly set up at the point of sale, making it a valuable tool for validation and financial accuracy.
Access the Tax Rate Analysis report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Tax Rate Analysis.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.

Level 1 - Total Sales By Tax Rate
The first level of the tax rate analysis report provides sales information per tax rate.

Displays the total gross sale value. (Excludes discount.) |

Level 2 - Product Sales By Tax Rate
The second level of the Tax Rate Analysis provides a summary of products sold that make up the sales against the selected row.

Displays the number of times the product has been sold at that tax rate. |
