It's not just data; it's a visual journey into the ebb and flow of sales, providing valuable insights to optimise your operations and capitalise on peak selling moments
This can be broken down per till or per product (for up to 10 products) if required.
For companies with multiple sites, multiple sites can be selected but data is consolidated.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Access the Sales Heatmap report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Sales Heatmap.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report.
Select which date range to include sales for.
Select whether to view the report as:
Select which till(s) to report on. If left blank, sales from all tills will be included.
Select which product(s) to include in the report. If left blank, sales all products are included. (Unless the View Type Split By Product is selected as you must pick up to 10 products.)
Use the Colour Axis to determine the colour-weighting within the chart. It's recommended that this is left as the default when first running the report, and adjusted as required based on the data displayed.
The Sales Heatmap report presents a table, were each row represents each day within the selected date range, and each column representing each 15 minute slot within a 24-hour period.
The data shown is based on the quantity of products sold, represented by a colour as per the colour axis.
If the View Type Split By Till or Split By Product is selected, you will see a separate table per till / product.
