For companies with multiple sites, the information provided is split by site if multiple sites are selected.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Combo Sales & Discounts report via: Reports & Analysis > Sales > Combo Sales & Discounts.
Select the required report parameter options from:

Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |

Select which date range to include discount information for. |
| Combo |
Select which discount(s) to include. If left blank, all combos will be included. |

Select whether to view the report as:

Select whether see the detail in level two of the report as either:

| Group By |
Select whether to group combos and discounts together in the report based on Super Group, Master Group, Product Group or have a Consolidated output. Combos and discounts are then grouped based on the group hierarchy that the combo reporting PLU is assigned to. |
| Include Detail In Export |
Select this if you wish to include the data shown in the expanded level(s) within report exports. If not selected, only level 1 data is included in exports. |
Report Output
The output of the Combo Sales & Discounts report depends on the Detail Option filter selected:
Detail Option: Transaction
The Combo Sales & Discounts report when run with Detail Option Transaction has two levels:
Level 1 - Discount Summary
When Detail Option Transaction is selected, the first level of the Combo Sales & Discounts report is split into sections based on the View Type and Group By filters selected, displaying:

Displays the PLU of the discount reporting product. |
| Product |
Displays the name of the discount reporting product. |
| Quantity |
Displays the number of times that the discount was applied. |
| Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value of products sold that were associated with the discount. (Excludes discount.) |
| Net |
Displays the total net sale value of products sold that were associated with the discount. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
| Tax |
Displays the tax value of products sold that were associated with the discount. |

RRP Gross |
Displays the gross sale value of those same products before the discount was applied. |
| RRP Net |
Displays the net sale value of those same products before the discount was applied. |
| RRP Tax |
Displays the tax value of those same products before the discount was applied. |
| Total Discount |
Displays the total discount value for the discount type shown. |
Level 2 - Transaction List
When Detail Option Transaction is selected, the second level of the Combo Sales & Discounts report is a summary of transactions containing the selected discount or promotion, displaying:
| Transaction ID |
Displays the ID of the transaction. |
| Transaction Date |
Displays the date and time when the transaction took place. |
| Clerk Name |
Displays the team member that closed the transaction. |
| Gross |
Displays the total gross sale value of the transaction. (Excludes discount.) |
| Net |
Displays the total net sale value of the transaction. (Excludes discount and tax.) |
| Tax |
Displays the tax value of the transaction. |

RRP Gross |
Displays the gross sale value of the transaction before the discount was applied. |
| RRP Net |
Displays the net sale value of the transaction before the discount was applied. |
| RRP Tax |
Displays the tax value of the transaction before the discount was applied. |
| Total Discount |
Displays the total discount value for the transaction. |
Note that, by default, only 10 transactions are shown per page. You can increase this to 25, 50 or 100 if required, or you can navigate the pages towards the bottom right corner. To help locate transactions, you can click on the column headers in level 2 to change the order of transactions shown, or you can enter a search term in the top right corner
Detail Option: Product
The Combo Sales & Discounts report when run with Detail Option Product has two levels:
