Revenue Management
Automatically Generate Pending Bank Deposits
When a cash up is approved, you can now enable bank deposits for cash to automatically create in Preparation state for the total value of cash counted.
The pending bank deposit containing the total value of cash for the day can then be checked, edited (if required) and approved when the cash is deposited to the bank.
This saves time creating the bank deposit from scratch, and reduces the risk of any bank deposit declarations being missed.

Update To Cash Event Times
When declaring a new cash event, you can now schedule the cash event date and time to be up to 7 days in the future.
Additionally, the date and time that the cash event is created is now captured, and this can be seen within the cash event page.
Inventory Management
Head Office Access To Site Supplier Orders
The supplier orders section now allows head office users to view and update existing supplier orders from any site within the company.
To do this, access the supplier orders section via the Head Office site and enter your search parameters, including the selection of sites using the site picker.
All orders that meet your search parameters will show, with the Site of the order shown in the second column of the search results.
Here, you can view and update the order that was created against the site.
Note that you cannot create a new order when logged into the Head Office site.
Reports & Analysis
Till Performance Report - Site Selection
The Till Performance report, which provides insight into transaction flow per till, has been updated to include a site picker within the report filter.
This now allows you to report on selected sites, instead of defaulting to every site within the company.
Digital Kitchen Management
Remote Order Notifications
Within the Remote Orders view of the Operations Dashboard, it is now possible to send notifications to the customer about their order.
Against the order, select [NOTIFY].
When prompted, select the notification Event and (if applicable) Pick Up Point.
This feature is only available to selected platforms that support order notifications via webhook.

Integrations
New Integration: Deputy
We now integrate with Deputy who provide a work scheduling solution.
As part of this integration, we provide Deputy with a daily extract containing transaction net sales, item and covers count, split into 15 minute segments.
