This guide demonstrates how to use the C+ Loyalty system on the POS, for the Backoffice please see separate guide. The points balance is managed in the back office, the loyalty system.
Accessing the Loyalty Function.
Add items to the till as per usual, when you press the pay button you will then progress to the payment screen;
Entering in the Loyalty information.
Once the loyalty button has been pressed, you are presented with the following screen;
Depending on how you are using the loyalty system you input the information as follows;
- “Customer”: Numerical – If you use the customers phone number as the identifier, you would use the Customer input, in Centegra Plus this field is called “Mobile no.”
- “Barcode”: Numerical – Depending on hardware there are a few ways of using the barcode
- Whilst on “Scanner/Manual”
- You can either use a Bluetooth scanner to scan a barcode on a loyalty card or app. A
- You can manually enter the customer number as on the card
- Whilst on “Camera
- Present the barcode to the rear facing camera on the iPad. Front facing camera not active
- Whilst on “Scanner/Manual”
- “Swipe Card”: Not currently in Use
Loyalty Customer Information and Selecting Redemption.
Once the customer has been identified you are presented with a few options. The first screen gives a few details as per the Customer Profile, there is also a button to choose the loyalty rewards.

If the user is just wanting to earn points, you can press done at this stage and then when the transaction completes their points balance will update with the new figure in 5-10 minutes. Should the user want to spend some of their points to pay for the items on their till use the Loyalty Rewards tab

When using the system for a redemption, you will need to find the customer and then go into the loyalty rewards tab and select the ticket redeem option. It will put a tick next to the line and remove the line through ticket redeem. Choose done to return to the payment screen.
If there isn’t enough balance to completely pay the ticket, you can then pay the difference by Card or Cash. You can see the amount redeemed at the bottom of the payment screen.
If the customer changes their mind you can restart the process by pressing the loyalty button again and choosing the “Remove Loyalty Customer” button and restarting the process.
