When pairing a new or replacement card machine, you may encounter the error message "Error - This terminal doesn't match any of the terminals configured in the Back Office."
This is due to the way that Silver links card machines at the physical point of sale to the gateway provider in the back office.
A card machine must have the last three digits of it's serial number paired in the Silver back office to a Terminal ID and Transaction Key before Silver will pair with it.
