This article contains a summary of Centegra Plus updates released during June 2022. 

In some cases, new features may be user rights protected, and therefore your company's Centegra Plus administrator may need to Update User Roles to grant access to these new features.

Revenue Management

Greater Visibility Of Cash Event Descriptions 

To help ensure selection of the correct cash event template when creating a new cash event, the cash event template description is now shown beneath the selected template when selected. 

Inventory Management

New Recipe Adjustments Report

The existing Price Level Adjustments Report has been replaced with a new Recipe Adjustments report, accessed via Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Recipe Adjustments. 

This now provides an overview of all recipe adjustment types available: 

• Price Level Recipe Adjustments
• Location Recipe Adjustments
• Price Level & Location Recipe Adjustments

Additionally, the cost of the base recipe and additional recipes are shown, therefore providing the true theoretical recipe cost of any recipe impacted by recipe adjustments. 

Purchasing Summary Report - Additional Columns

In addition to showing the Net order total, we now include Gross order total and order Tax within the Purchasing Summary report. 

Setup & Administration

Announcements Can Now Pop-Up When Logging In

As part of the Dashboard Announcements feature, you can now flag an announcement as one which should present a pop-up message for all users. 

Each user will be presented with the pop-up message when they first time log in after the announcement was published. They then select [GOT IT] to acknowledge and close the pop-up message.  

The pop-up will not show again for them, but the announcement will remain on the main dashboard as standard until the announcements expiry date.

Integrations

New Integration: Collins

We now integrate with Collins who provide a Table Reservation solution. 

As part of this integration, a table booking reference can entered at the NCR Silver POS, providing the table number and reservation time.  

The reference can be then associated to the transaction on the POS, which in turn provides Collins with the total spend for that booking.
