The sites you can access within Cinchio back office are assigned against your individual user account. Sites can be added to or removed from your account.
If you already have access to a site but are looking to change which site you access when first logging in to Cinchio back office, you can do that within your user profile:
- Select [Account] in the top right corner of the page, then select Profile.
- Update the User Default Site, then select [SAVE].
Please Note: For security reasons, Cinchio are unable to update site access on your behalf. These changes are managed by User Management administrators within your company. If you are a User Management administrator and are looking for information on how to manage these changes, Click Here.
