Your user account is assigned to a User Role. It is this User Role that determines which sections of Cinchio back office you can access, and the permissions that you have in each of those sections.
You can see which User Role your account is assigned to within your user profile:
- Select [Account] in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Profile.
If you don't have the access and permissions that you need in Cinchio back office, it is possible to:
- Assign your user account against a different User Role.
- Update remove rights within the existing User Role that your user account is assigned to.
Discuss these options with a User Management administrator within your company.
Please Note: For security reasons, Cinchio are unable to update user role access and permissions on your behalf. These changes are managed by User Management administrators within your company.
