You can reset your password if you've forgotten it.
To reset your password:
- Head to the login page enter your email address.
- Select [Continue], then in the next page select Forgot Password.
In the password reset page: check that your email address is correct and then select [Continue].
You'll then receive a password reset email - it should only take a few minutes to arrive.
Follow the instructions within the email to set yourself a new password.
Not Receiving The Password Reset Email?
First, check your junk/spam settings. The password reset email is sent from no-reply@auth0user.net.
You can attempt to resend the password reset email from the login page again if required.
If you still do not receive a password reset email, then either your account has been disabled or your email address is not being recognised against an active account. Contact your a User Management administrator within your company to review your account settings.
Please note that for security reasons, Cinchio are unable to reactivate or set up an account on your behalf. These changes are managed by User Management administrators within your company.
