User Account: Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you'll need to reset it in order to access Centegra Plus again.

To reset your password, on the login page select Forgot Password.

In the password reset page, enter your user login email address and then select [SEND ME A NEW PASSWORD]. 

Within a few minutes, you'll receive a new password via email from noreply@centegraplus.com. If you don't receive this within 15 minutes, check your junk/spam settings.

Using the new password you can now log into Centegra Plus, ensuring that you type the password from the email instead of using copy & paste, as copy & paste may capture unwanted spaces.
