Operations Dashboard: Configuration

The Operations Dashboard is accessed via a tokenised URL. The URL is typically bookmarked on the POS home screen or other FOH tablet device.

Each till within your location has a unique URL. Depending on individual requirements, it may be that a single till URL is used to provide access on a single device within your location, or it may be that a URL is used per till to provide access on each physical till within your location. 

To access the Operations Dashboard URL, log into Centegra Plus on the relevant device and: 

• Head to Company Settings > Tills. 
• Select [EDIT] against the relevant till.
• Against Till Link: 
  • If the URL contains a token as per the first image below, select the URL to open the Operations Dashboard in a new tab.
  • If the URL does NOT contain a token as per the second image below, first select [REGENERATE SECURE LINK] to create a tokenised URL, then select the URL to open the Operations Dashboard in a new tab.

Once accessed, you can bookmark the URL on your device for quick access in the future. The bookmarking process depends on the type of device and web browser being used and you should refer to articles relating to your device and browser online.
