Introduction
Within Centegra Plus, wastage can be entered in one of two ways:
Create Via Centegra Plus Operations Dashboard
To enter wastage via the Operations Dashboard:
- Access the Operations Dashboard via your FOH device.
- Select [WASTAGE ENTRY] in the menu.
Within the wastage entry form, first select the wastage settings
- Select the wastage date and time via either:
- Wastage Date Time: Select the date and time of the wastage, if different to the current time.
- Sales Date & Day Part: Select the date and day part of the wastage. (Available only if Wastage Day Parts are configured for the site.)
Next, select the product to waste. There are two ways in which products can be selected:
- Select a product from the Product list at the bottom.
- Use the wastage menu on the right to navigate categories and select the required product. (For wastage menu setup details, Click Here.)
Then, against the selected product, enter:
- Reason: Select a Wastage Reason from the list.
- Size: Adjust the size being wasted, if applicable. (Inventory Management users only.)
- Quantity: Enter the quantity being wasted based on the size selected.
Repeat to add additional products if required, then select [SUBMIT].
The wastage will now exist in the Centegra Plus back office in Pending state, to be Approved later on.
